Fly

FLY is a civilian aircraft simulation. You can fly any one of five planes: The Piper Malibu Mirage, which is a turbocharged single propeller plane, Beechcraft King Air B200, Cessna 172R Skyhawk (not the RNZAF Skyhawk), Piper Navaho Chieftain, and the Raytheon Hawker 800XP, which is a business executive jet and easily the most fun to fly.

Unless you opt for beginner mode you’ll have a hard time just starting the planes up. It’s amazing how many buttons and knobs you have to push and press to get the things going.

COMPUTER games that let you take on the persona of the “baddies” seem to hold a strange and compelling fascination with the gaming community. TIE Fighter was one of those games, letting you fight for the Empire and Darth Vader, and became a huge hit. Dungeon Keeper may well become another.

It has certainly made a splash in the Internet mailing lists, Internet Relay Chat channels, and on lots of Web sites. This may be partly because Dungeon Keeper has taken so long to arrive.

Flight Simulator 2000 And Flight Unlimited Iii

FLIGHT SIMULATOR 2000 and Flight Unlimited III are both civilian aircraft flight simulations. They both have great pedigrees, and have their vociferous supporters and detractors.

The Flight Simulator series from Microsoft have tended to be the most complex simulation game out, while the Flight Unlimited series have tended to have the best on-screen graphics.
